Location can be a bit tricky to relay to taxi drivers, often requiring phone directions for smooth pick-up. The bed springs were noisy, causing a distraction during the night, although they did offer a room change.

staying at upar hotels, t nagar was a pleasant experience. the deluxe double room was clean and had an electric kettle, which was a nice touch. it's tucked away from the busy street but close to pondy bazaar for shopping. breakfast included some basic indian options.
the only mild downside was the breakfast variety could be improved.

A quiet retreat in bustling T Nagar
The hotel is a hidden gem with a peaceful ambiance, allowing for restful nights despite being in the heart of a busy area. The staff are attentive and cheerful, adding a warm touch to the stay.
However, parking can be a challenge due to speed bumps, and I noticed a lack of a chair for the small work table in the room, making it less convenient for business travelers.

a charming stay near parks and temples for city explorers
My stay here was fantastic as it's just a short walk to the peaceful Panagal Park and Arulmigu Sakthi Vinayagar Temple, making it perfect for exploring the vibrant city while enjoying greenery and culture. the cozy room was just what I needed after my daily adventures in Chennai but I did notice that the water pressure in the shower could use some improvement.

I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room for 3 nights, and it was a pretty solid experience. The room was spacious with a comfy bed, and the bathroom was decent enough. The cupboard was functional, which was a plus. Plus, the check-in was super easy, and they even reached out on WhatsApp to confirm my arrival. The breakfast had a nice variety—nothing too fancy but good fuel for the day. The staff was really responsive to any requests I had.
